fantastic stay!
friendly staff coffee machine lounge area
the staff was very friendly and helpful. they engaged in great conversations. i found a big eating area with free juices, smoothies, waters, and an auto espresso and coffee machine. also, the hotel had a lounge area and outside patio.
the shower had an odd folding door. it was a bit awkward to enter or exit.

clean room adequate space elevator absence breakfast variety
The room was very clean upon arrival. The Double Room included adequate space for luggage and personal items (it felt quite spacious).
The absence of an elevator made accessing upper floors difficult with heavy luggage. Breakfast was basic. It lacked variety and options, so I decided to eat outside.

I appreciated the 24-hour pantry. It provided complimentary drinks and snacks. the location offered easy access to public transportation. the room had a comfortable bed and modern amenities.
the bathroom was a bit small, and the ventilation wasn't great.

mixed feelings about this stay
noise from hallway limited breakfast
The room lacked proper sound insulation. I could clearly hear conversations and noise from the hallway, REALLY disruptive, especially late at night. the breakfast selection was quite limited. There was a small assortment of pastries, but nothing hot was available without an extra charge. I found this disappointing for the price.
